Nutrition guidance is a core part of Everwell coaching, and our coaches have build a selection of Recipe Books within the app for you to explore.
To find Recipe Books
In the Everfit app, scroll down on the Home Screen and you'll see a section called Recipe Books.
Once you click into the Recipe Book, you will be able to see all recipes within it. You can view full details of the recipe including dietary information, nutrition, ingredients and instructions.
Logging and saving recipes
To log a recipe into your Nutrition for the day, click the Log button at the top of the page.
You can bookmark a recipe using the icon in the top right of the page to keep it for later.
Alternatively, you can use the + icon from the main recipe book to add a recipe to your own Meal Plan.
