How Do I Set Goals in the App?

Setting goals in Everfit gives you and your coach a shared view of what you're working towards, so your coaching sessions and daily habits stay aligned with your GLP-1 journey.

Steps to set a goal

  1. Open the Everfit app and go to your Profile or Goals tab (sometimes found under Progress).

  2. Tap Add Goal or the + icon.

  3. Choose a goal type - for example, weight, a habit (like daily steps or water intake), or a custom goal your coach has suggested.

  4. Enter your target and, if prompted, a target date.

  5. Tap Save. Your goal will now appear on your dashboard, and your coach will be able to see it too.

Updating or reviewing progress

  • Log progress against your goal from the same Goals screen as you go.

  • Your coach can see your progress in real time and may check in or adjust your goal with you during a chat.

  • You can edit or mark a goal as complete at any time from the Goals tab.

Tips

  • Talk to your coach before setting a new goal - they can help make sure it's realistic and lines up with your overall plan.

  • Small, specific goals (e.g., “walk 15 minutes after dinner”) tend to be easier to stick to than broad ones.
