Everwell's coaching is built around direct, ongoing chat with your coach - so you're never navigating your GLP-1 journey alone.
Steps to message your coach
Open the Everfit app and go to the Inbox (or Chat) tab, in the bottom navigation bar.
Select your coach's name from the conversation list. If it's your first message, you'll see a welcome message from your coach already waiting.
Type your message in the text box at the bottom of the screen and tap Send.
You can also attach photos (e.g., a meal photo for your food journal) using the attachment icon next to the text box.

Medical emergencies or urgent health concerns.
Diagnosing or treating medical conditions.
Changing your medication or prescribing treatment.

Troubleshooting
Can't find the Inbox tab? Check that your app is fully updated, or look under your Profile / Home tab for a chat icon.
Coach hasn't replied yet? Coaches typically respond within their normal working hours.
