Can I connect more than one app at a time?

Yes. You can connect Google Fit, Apple Health, Garmin, and Fitbit at the same time if you use more than one. If two connected sources report the same activity, you may see it listed twice - in that case, remove the duplicate manually or disconnect the source you use less.

Will connecting an app share my data with my coach?

Your coach can see the same activity and progress data inside Everfit that they could already see from your manual entries - connecting an app simply automates how that data gets there. It does not give your coach access to your Google, Apple, Garmin, or Fitbit account itself.

Is my data secure?

Everfit connects to these services using each provider's official authorisation process (OAuth). Your username and password are entered directly on Google's, Apple's, Garmin's, or Fitbit's own screens - Everfit never sees or stores your login credentials.

Who do I contact if something isn't syncing?

If you've tried the troubleshooting steps above and data still isn't syncing, contact Everfit support from within the app (Profile > Settings > Help & Support) or reach out to your coach for assistance.
