Fitbit users can link their Fitbit account to Everfit to bring in daily activity, heart rate, and sleep data recorded by their Fitbit device.
What syncs
Steps and active minutes
Logged exercises and workouts
Heart rate and resting heart rate
Sleep duration and sleep stages (if tracked by your device)
Before you connect
Sync your Fitbit device with the Fitbit app first, so your account reflects your latest activity.
Have your Fitbit account email and password ready to log in during the connection step.
Steps to connect
Open the Everfit app and go to your Profile tab.
Tap Settings, then Connected Apps.
Select Fitbit and tap Connect.
You'll be redirected to Fitbit's login page. Sign in with your Fitbit account (your password is entered on Fitbit's site, not inside Everfit).
Review the requested permissions and tap Allow.
You'll return to Everfit, where Fitbit will now display as Connected.
Disconnecting
In Everfit: Profile > Settings > Connected Apps > Fitbit > Disconnect.
In Fitbit: log in to fitbit.com, go to Account Settings > Applications, find Everfit, and remove access.
Troubleshooting
Data lagging behind? Fitbit devices sync to the Fitbit app on their own schedule (often every few hours), so Everfit will only be as current as your last Fitbit sync.
Sleep data not appearing? Not all Fitbit models track detailed sleep stages — check your device's specifications.
Had to reconnect after a while? Fitbit access can occasionally expire and need re-authorising; just repeat the connect steps above.
