If you train with a Garmin watch or bike computer, connecting Garmin lets your recorded activities, heart rate, and daily steps flow into Everfit through your Garmin Connect account.
What syncs
Recorded activities (runs, rides, strength sessions, etc.)
Daily steps and distance
Heart rate data, including resting heart rate where available
Sleep data (if tracked by your Garmin device)
Before you connect
Make sure your Garmin device has synced recently with the Garmin Connect app, so your account has up-to-date data.
Have your Garmin Connect username and password on hand — you'll log in to Garmin, not Everfit, to authorize the connection.
Steps to connect
Open the Everfit app and go to your Profile tab.
Tap Settings, then Connected Apps.
Select Garmin and tap Connect.
You'll be taken to Garmin's official login page. Enter your Garmin Connect credentials there (Everfit does not see or store your Garmin password).
Review the permissions Garmin lists and tap Authorize (or Allow).
You'll be returned to the Everfit app, where Garmin should now show as Connected.
Disconnecting
You can disconnect from either side:
In Everfit: Profile > Settings > Connected Apps > Garmin > Disconnect.
In Garmin Connect: Settings > Connected Apps, find Everfit, and remove access.
Troubleshooting
Activities not showing up? Confirm the activity has finished syncing from your watch to the Garmin Connect app first — Everfit can only pull data Garmin already has.
Connection keeps dropping? Garmin occasionally requires re-authorization after a password change; simply reconnect using your new credentials.
Some metrics missing? Available data depends on your specific Garmin device — not all models track sleep or advanced heart rate metrics.
